On-Site Equipment Service & Support—
We work with technicians all throughout the U.S. with hardware and parts ready to assist when and where you need it. Our U.S. - based call center can quickly dispatch a technician to you to address the hardware issue.
We offer a comprehensive Advanced Exchange program that offers replacements as quick as the next business day. When a particular business reports failed equipment, we will ship a replacement unit in advance of receiving the returned defective item. You determine the speed of the shipment via several shipping options. Once we receive the defective equipment, we’ll repair and return it to your spare inventory pool.
We maintain and repair computers and printer equipment directly in our expansive Southeast depot with replacement hardware and parts that’s specific to your direct needs.

We’ve got your PC/laptop service needs covered. We provide technical support and service for all leading brands of Intel/Windows PCs and Laptop computer systems and peripherals, including Dell, HP, Compaq, IBM, Lenovo, Apple and more.
Unlike other service providers with restricted abilities, our technicians are highly skilled at repairing and maintaining far more than just the basic printer models. We service multiple types of printers, including specialty printers and plotters, with service professionals who are trustworthy and experienced.
We maintain a full service depot facility as well as mobile technicians who provide on-site printer service for any technical issue you may encounter.
We provide manufacturer authorized warranty and post-warranty service for most of the printers that we sell. Our technicians are supported by factory trained technicians, meaning you don't have to worry about your warranty when ComputerPlus services your printers.
